1. Return and exchange conditions

Customers need to check the condition of the goods and mayexchange/return Goods must be delivered/received immediately in the following cases:

• The goods are not of the correct type or model as ordered or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.
• The quantity is insufficient, and the set is incomplete as per the order.
• External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

 Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to prove the defect in order to complete the return/exchange process. 

2. Regulations regarding the time frame for notifying and returning exchanged products.

• Return/exchange notification period : within 48 hours of receiving the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
• Product return period : within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Product return location : Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.
