Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or for handmade/custom items.

For international orders, delivery may take approximately 7–20 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
