Return & Refund Policy

At CozyLoop Handmade, every item is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. The item should be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items not in their original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.Contact Us
